Jade is a self-taught chef, passionate recipe developer, and the winner of Next Level Chef UK 2023, mentored by none other than Gordon Ramsay. With a natural flair for flavour and creativity in the kitchen, Jade has captured the hearts (and stomachs!) of food lovers across the UK with achievable, wholesome, scratch- made and budget/family-friendly recipes designed for real life.

Before stepping into the culinary spotlight, Jade dedicated years to teaching, specialising in special educational needs and horticulture. This unique background fuels a deep-rooted love for growing food as well as cooking it and informs a cooking philosophy centred on from-scratch meals that are nutritious, accessible, and satisfying for the whole family.

Whether it’s a one-pot weeknight dinner, a clever twist on a classic, or a plant-to-plate creation from the garden, Jade's recipes are made to be made. No fuss, no fluff, just home-cooked goodness that actually fits into busy lives.

Jade now shares recipes, tips, and food through social media aiming to inspire others to cook with confidence and joy — no matter their background or budget.
